You are hereby submitting to 10percent.com, a division of Village Lighthouse, Inc., information and images to be entered into 10percent.com's Priape Wear Search for the Face Contest. You acknowledge that all information that you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

To enter into the contest, it is required that:

You are at least 18 years of age.

You must have been at least 18 years of age at the time all submitted imagery was created.

Submitted imagery must be of yourself and no other person.

Submitted imagery must not contain any nudity.

You must own the photographic copyrights to use the image.

You hereby grant and convey to Village Lighthouse, Inc. in perpetuity the unlimited right to display, manufacture, broadcast, transmit and print submitted images one or more times in and through any and all media now known or hereafter invented, and to license others to do so, in color or black and white.

You understand that your first name and city and/or state may be posted online along with the imagery you submit.

You understand that your online application and photo submissions are subject to review, and we cannot guarantee that you will be accepted.

You understand that if you are accepted for an online contest your images will be used within the confines of 10percent.com and any other websites owned by Village Lighthouse, Inc. You grant Village Lighthouse, Inc. an unrestricted, irrevocable license to display, use, modify, perform, reproduce, transmit, and distribute any images or information you send 10percent.com, for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes, including by email.

You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the advertising copy, and printed, graphic, photographic, audio-visual or computer-generated or other matter that may be used in conjunction with the submitted images, including without limitation any fictitious or accurate biographical material, and further waive any claim that you may at any time have to the eventual use to which same may be applied.

Village Lighthouse, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest at any time without prior notification and without liability, and entrants waive any claims against Village Lighthouse, Inc. with respect to such cancellation or suspension.

Village Lighthouse, Inc. is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the contest or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest.

You hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless, Village Lighthouse, Inc. in whole or in part, from and against any and all liability, claims, actions and/or obligations as a result of Village Lighthouse, Inc.'s processing or reproduction of the images; their publication; or their distribution by any media.

You agree that this writing is the sole and complete understanding and agreement of the parties to it with respect to the subject matter hereof, and that you are not relying on any other representations or statements, whether oral or written. In this Terms & Conditions Agreement, any reference to gender shall include the masculine and feminine, and any reference to the singular shall include the plural, wherever appropriate.

You hereby represent and warrant to Village Lighthouse, Inc. that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are of lawful age to contract and are competent to contract in your own name insofar as this Terms & Conditions Agreement is concerned.

This Terms & Conditions Agreement and the rights of the parties to it are to be construed and governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., applicable to contracts to be performed entirely in that State. Any lawsuit arising out of this Terms & Conditions Agreement shall be brought only in courts physically located in the State of California, County of Los Angeles, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and process of such courts.

I have thoroughly and carefully read the foregoing Terms & Conditions Agreement. I fully understand this document and intend to be legally bound by all of its terms and conditions.

I certify that all the information I have provided on this form is true, complete and accurate as of the date below.

The terms and conditions in this Terms & Conditions Agreement may change without notice.
