Payment Methods
Below are the accepted payment methods for online orders:

Orders placed through postal mail must be made via personal check, certified check, or money order. Please note that there is a ten (10) business day hold on all checks and money orders once received to ensure that sufficient funds are available before an order is shipped. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges that are incurred in the event a check/money order is returned due to insufficient funds.

In the event of an overpayment with a check/money order a credit will remain on your account for future purchases. Customers may request a refund of any pending credit on file by contacting Customer Service.

For orders where PayPal is chosen as the desired payment method you will receive an invoice (via the E-Mail address that you provide during the checkout process) that will contain a link to pay for your order through the PayPal website. PayPal order invoices that are not paid within one (1) week of issue will be cancelled.

Exchanges & Returns
Based on California Civil Code Section 1723 we cannot accept exchanges/returns of opened, used, or worn merchandise unless deemed defective from the manufacturer or from shipment. Defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item only. If incorrect merchandise is shipped in error, we will ship the correct merchandise free of charge, and reimburse for return shipping of the incorrect merchandise. To minimize fraud you may be required to return the incorrect shipment prior to shipment of the replacement. If merchandise is returned to exchange for a different size you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the new shipment. Exchanges must be unworn, and contain all original product packaging and tags.

Exchanges/Returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service, and made within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Refunds for accepted returns will be applied as credit towards future purchases, or to the original payment method only. Refunds issued to credit/debit cards may take up to ten (10) business days to be credited.

Backorders
On occasion products featured on our website may become backordered, and thus not immediately available for shipment. Manufacturing delays, distributor delays, or product popularity may lead to a product becoming backordered. While we work hard to ensure that products ordered ship from our warehouse within a few business days of receiving your order, delays may occur. In the event all or part of your order becomes backordered you will be contacted via the E-Mail address provided with your order. You can check the status of your order at any time by contacting Customer Service; order status cannot be viewed online at this time.

To log into your customer account you must provide your E-Mail address and the password you provided during account creation. Passwords are case sensitive, thus "PASSWORD" is not the same as "PaSsWoRd".
