Standard (Domestic) Shipping:
All in-stock merchandise will ship within 7 business days from the date of your order. Our Customer Service department will send an E-Mail update to alert you to any backordered items on your order. Backordered items will also be listed on your shipping invoice. Please Note: We are finding during these tough economic times that many manufactures and suppliers are behind in keeping in stock or running lean inventories, thus causing longer than normal delays of deliveries into our warehouse.
Orders will be shipped via U.S.P.S or U.P.S. Ground Service. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date your order is shipped until arrival. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Shipping confirmation numbers are available from Customer Service. To ensure proper delivery, please verify your shipping address before you submit your order. Should your package be returned to us by the deliverer we will contact you to verify the shipping address before re-shipping your product. If we are not able to obtain address verification within five days, items will be returned to stock and your credit card will be refunded for the amount of the returned products.

All shipments are discreetly packaged and shipped.

Express Shipping:
Second day shipping is available for in stock merchandise. Please contact Customer Service at (888) 910-7372 for this option. Express shipping is not available for Post Office box users; domestic orders only.

International Shipping:
10percent.com currently accepts orders from many international destinations with prior credit card verification.
Shipping rates for international orders are: a flat rate shipping cost of $35.00 to Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, and Sweden, and a flat rate shipping cost of $15.50 to Canada. In the event of an overweight package you will be contacted prior to shipment to discuss any additional shipping costs that may be due. To reduce fraud billing and shipping addresses of international orders must match and express delivery is unavailable.
Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from 10percent.com and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government; you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees deemed necessary by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information. Your credit card will be billed if you fail to pay; no notice shall be sent. 10percent.com is required to declare an accurate monetary value on all international shipments, and is unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker or claim it as a gift.
Please note that all pricing on 10percent.com is shown as United States currency unless otherwise noted.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind on any orders shipped internationally.
We are not responsible for packages held by Customs.
We abide by all Customs Rules and Regulations and make every effort to review updated Custom Laws.

We charge customers for any fees incurred for refused shipments.

Backordered Products:
Occasionally a product is more popular than we anticipated and the item may temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will notify you via E-Mail with the anticipated date of arrival. Please note that a backordered item can take up to 30 days to return to stock. We ship all ordered items complete unless otherwise requested. There is an additional charge of $5.50 (domestic only, international orders will vary) to ship an order ahead.

Waitlist:
The waitlist option is offered when we have a reasonable expectation that the item will return to stock within 60 days. Although we may place an item on waitlist status, it is not a guarantee that the stock will be received. It is however, a good way to reserve an item if it does come into stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 60 days.

Exchanges & Returns:
Based on California Health Code 1723, 10percent.com will not accept exchanges or returns of the items listed on our website in the following categories due to health considerations:
Clothing: Swimwear, Gym Wear, Loungewear
Underwear/Undergarments
Fitness Garments
Personal Care Items, i.e.: Face care, Body Lotions, etc.
Adult products
10percent.com honors exchanges for all other products, unless otherwise stated in the product's description at the time of purchase. Items must be in new condition and unused. If an item is shipped in error, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional charge. If an item is being exchanged for another size or a different item, there will be an additional shipping charge applied for re-shipment.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days after the original ship date. Please enclose the original tags and/or original packaging. Items must be in new condition and unused. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same product and size only.
Credits for accepted returns will be applied to the original payment method only, and may take up to two billing cycles to post.
